Join members of the staff and Board of LIFE ElderCare at Sweet Tomatoes restaurant for their Fun-Raiser, Wednesday, March 9 from 5pm to 8pm. This is the organization’s first partnership with a local restaurant to raise money for their programs. The event is designed to bring together members of the community, family and friends for a fun evening. Sweet Tomatoes is located at 39370 Paseo Padre Pkwy in Fremont.
Fifteen percent of the cost of each meal will be donated to LIFE ElderCare programs that help frail, homebound seniors in the Fremont, Newark and Union City area. Diners must present the Sweet Tomatoes donation form at the time of purchase. All participants must purchase a beverage with their meal in order to receive credit towards the organization. Coupons or discounts will not be honored in conjunction with the Fun-Raiser. Diner’s receipt will be kept and stapled to the donation form in order to add up the event’s sales. Click here to download the donation form. Please call 510-574-2091 if you have questions about this event.
