Since the new season of the T.V. sitcom of “The Game” has returned, more viewers are watching BET to catch the latest with Melanie, Derwin, and Malik. A couple of weeks ago an episode aired in which Melanie decided to bring a third person to the bedroom with her and Derwin. They are a newly married couple and Derwin is now a starting player for the San Diego Sabers. Melanie’s new acquaintances have convinced her that she needs to bring some spice into her bedroom to keep her husband from being bored. She falls prey to the suggestions of these single women, and she sets out and goes to a club to find a woman to bring home. She meets a woman to her liking and asks her to join her and Derwin in the bedroom and this woman agrees. While Melanie begins to watch this woman engage in foreplay with her blindfolded husband, she decides she can’t go through with it and dismisses the woman before Derwin realizes there was another woman in the bedroom! Do you think you could go through with it?
Most women would immediately say “no”, while most men have expressed that they would love for their woman to bring another woman into their bedroom. Why do you think that is? Truthfully speaking, most women have had these thoughts or fantasies, but unable or unwilling to act on them because of fear of judgment on them in some form. But most have admitted privately that if they were free to express their inhibitions and still be accepted or loved then they would be more apt to participate.
Most men said “YES” please bring another woman into the bedroom, but said “NO” to the option of bringing another man. Why the double standard for men? Most men felt that they were physically capable of “handling the job” and did not need any help, but found it erotic and intriguing to bring another woman; failing to realize that women have been “handling the job” and doing a very good job on their own without any help since the beginning.
Another reader commented” This area is not ready for this lifestyle. Keep it to yourself here, but somewhere like Atlanta, New York City, D.C., and California is more acceptable…or they just don’t care. That lifestyle is present in this area, but very private. Most men want to do it, but women are afraid because of opinions, self respect and fear of losing their men”.
