The Belvedere Music Lounge is quickly becoming the go-to destination at the hottest music events across the country. So when Belvedere set-up shop at the Coachella Music Festival, fans of the international vodka brand rejoiced.
Belvedere along with BMF Media, Rock The Vote and Complex Magazine presented this party in the desert of Indio, California, complete with special live performances, celebrity guests and a special tasting for Belvedere’s latest maceration the “Bloody Mary” flavored vodka.
The Coachella Music Festival is a historic 3-day weekend which always draws a monster crowd. This year it took place from Friday, April 15 through Sunday, April 17th and each day was packed with amazing performances. The bands who rock the show are a diverse collective of indie and mainstream acts who unite purely for the love of music, so Belvedere invited a couple to grace the stage inside the music lounge.
Guests were treated to intimate performances from Blaqstarr, Dirty Vegas, Junior Sanchez and The Knux just to name a few. Rosario Dawson, Jack Osbourne, Brittany Snow, Miguel and Mechad Brooks were some of the celebrities that rolled through the lounge, while surprise DJ sets from the ultra talented Taryn Manning and DJ Ruckus made the event extra sweet.
Speaking of sweet, Belvedere is known for its one-of-a-kind flavor creations and the “Bloody Mary” is genius. You’ll find that experimenting with this new spin on an old favorite will certainly put a little sugar and spice into your mix. Dubbed the “Coachella Hangover Cure”, Belvedere has made it even easier to create the perfect Bloody Mary every time. The vodka is made of seven essential ingredients including black pepper, horseradish, bell pepper, vinegar distillate, tomato and lemon-already bottled for your mixing pleasure.
When mixology expert and brand ambassador, Claire Smith mentioned the launch of a new and exciting flavor this spring, one could only hope that it would be as palatable and unique as previous Belvedere creations. Thankfully, you can always count on Belvedere to invent signature recipes to compliment these macerations. So check out the Belvedere Facebook page for a full list of cocktails to try at your next gathering.
In addition to the “Bloody Mary”, party goers enjoyed refreshing signature cocktails like the “Belve Beat”, which is a yummy mix of Ocean Spray™ White Cranberry juice and Pomegranate juice, garnished with lemon wedges. The “Grapefruit Rocks” was also a true crowd pleaser, the simple combination of Grapefruit flavored Belvedere and tonic water poured over ice was ultra refreshing. The “Belve Lemonade” was also a fan favorite during Coachella weekend as VIP guests sipped this citrus infused cocktail poolside, made of lemonade and apple juice also garnished with lemon wedges-a first drink for many who attended the lounge.
The Belvedere Music Lounge has already made stops in Miami at the Ultra Music Festival, and is scheduled for Essence Music Festival this Independence Day weekend, then on to Lollapolooza in August. So if you haven’t partied with Belvedere yet, what are you waiting for? They could be coming to your city soon.
